Nurse Anesthetist

Rob Roadfuss, a Pennsylvania native, received his Bachelors of Science in Nursing from Penn State University. He joined the Navy as an officer directly out of college and went on to honorably serve his country for 20 years. In the Navy is where he became friends with another officer, Ben Kershner. Rob then attended the military’s Uniformed Services University where he received his Masters of Science in Nursing, choosing anesthesia as his specialty, and becoming a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA). After retiring from the military as a Commander in the Navy, Rob continues to work full time as a CRNA in several local community hospital settings. Rob and his wife Tamara have three children and split their time between their homes in Chesapeake and here on the Outer Banks. 

Tamara Roadfuss, NCIDQ, EDAC

Business & Marketing Manager

Tamara, born and raised in the small coastal town of Old Saybrook Connecticut. She received her BFA from Savannah College of Art and Design in interior design.  She met her future husband Rob while he was stationed with the Navy in Groton, CT. With over 20 years of experience in the commercial furniture industry, she has a vast knowledge of commercial and medical interior design, sales, and business.  Tamara will be accomplishing her MBA at William and Mary in May 2022.
